The Taylor Machine Work's TX4 Series of lift trucks are 4WD and specifically designed for one specific task: transporting material in the harshest and most difficult environments you can imagine. A few of the terrain these machinery work in includes: mud, snow or uneven and rough environments. The TX4 delivers unparalleled performance and has become the leading alternative for many industries.
Different than other similar articulated forklift units, the TX4 is not a front loader chassis with a fork attachment. Instead, it is an articulated material handler completely and specially designed and engineered by Taylor Machine Works.
There are 3 different load capacities available. The TX4 articulated 4-wheel drive lift trucks offer the ability to out-perform the front-end loader lift trucks. Typically, so as to attain the same capacity from a front-end loader or forklift, the front-end loader or lift truck will need to be bigger than the 132 inch wheelbase which comprises the TX4 Series. The TX4 Series articulated 4WD lift trucks are true rough terrain forklifts. They were made to have no deration in full turns. Additionally, this specific unit is available direct from the plant with 11 feet of vertical lift.
Taylor Machine Works' TXB Series of rough terrain lift trucks are some of the strongest and extremely robust and really maneuverable high-capacity rough terrain forklifts offered for the wood products business. The only manufacturer within the USA who designs and builds rough terrain lift trucks with 18,000 pounds to 30,000 pound rated capacities is Taylor Machine Works. Therefore, they have become the leader within this specialized field in North America and have earned a solid reputation within this particular niche.
Each and every model in the TXB Series line of forklifts utilizes a Tier Certified Cummins electronic turbocharged charge after-cooled or air to air diesel engine. Several of the basic engine features include electronic diagnostic maintenance and transmission/engine protection systems, reduced overall emissions, improved fuel economy and water/fuel separator.
The TXB series uses a modulated, 3-speed transmission, fully reversing powershift transmission. This transmission is also outfitted with electric roll shift control, inching ability and a separate cooler for air-to-oil.
