Staff must have a positive attitude when they go through training, rather than doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer should help employees understand the importance of proper training. Let them know that they could injure or kill not just themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to ensure that all your workers go through training seriously.
